June Round-Up: A Month of Masks!

What’s the Difference Between Snorkeling Fins and SCUBA Fins?

Why You Shouldn’t Touch Coral, Fish or Other Sea Life While Snorkeling

There you are, gliding through cool tropical water on a sunny day. Your mask isn't leaking, your snorkel is comfortable, and there's a beautiful coral reef a few feet below you. Fish of all shapes and sizes abound, and then you see it... A sea turtle has come up right beside you! All you have to do is reach out with your hand and... Stop! I know it can be tempting to reach out and pet that sea turtle swimming next to you, or to pick up that cool-looking seashell you spied. Humans are not … [Read more...] about Why You Shouldn’t Touch Coral, Fish or Other Sea Life While Snorkeling

No-Leak Dive Mask: How to Get a Perfect Seal

There are few things more frustrating for a diver or snorkeler. There you are trying to appreciate the jaw-dropping underwater vistas around you when your eye starts twitching... that light trickle over the sensitive skin just below your bottom eyelid is one of the most annoying feelings! Or maybe you notice a cold puddle building up in your nose pocket, the salt stinging the sensitive tissue inside your nostrils... Ugh! How can you stop this unpleasantness once and for all? Is there such thing … [Read more...] about No-Leak Dive Mask: How to Get a Perfect Seal
